At Good Call Outfitters, every item is made to order — printed especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. However, we always want you to love your purchase, so if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right!


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Email us at goodcalloutfitters@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.


Order Issues

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color ordered

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Typos or design errors made by the customer during customization/post design approval

Please double-check your order details before checkout!

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and replace your item if the package is lost in transit.
